Row 1: dc in 3rd ch from hook and in each ch across.
Row 2: ch 3, dc in each dc across.
Row 3-16: repeat row 2.
Finishing:
Tie off. Hide tails. Sew up sides to within 1 inch from the top. Sew on a button on one side using the dc stitches as the button holes for adjustment. Put ribbon around the bottom as the draw string and you are finished. This item can be made as small or large, as long or as short as you like. Using regular 4ply yarn with a bigger hook you can make this for a new born - 6 months.
